Save time and effort with new e-mail and SMS alerts

A post office box is a convenient way to receive mail. And now it’s even more so. Mail2Day® can tell you when your post office box* has mail (or not, if you prefer) through either e-mail or SMS. So you have the benefit of knowing exactly when to collect it.

You have the flexibility of choosing either of the two alert options. With SMS you simply nominate one mobile number. While with e-mail alerts, you have the added bonus of including two e-mail addresses for the service. Mail2Day® notifies you as soon as your mail is delivered to your post office box.

Simply decide if it is e-mail or SMS alerts that best suit your needs, fill in the application form and return it to your local post outlet.

Mail2Day® is only available at participating Australia Post outlets.

The SMS or e-mail notifications will be sent approximately 30 minutes after mail sorting is completed and subsequent upload of data. Mail2Day® notifications will not be released prior to 7am.
