Are you a victim or have you seen any suspicious activity?
Any person who believes they have been the victim of identity theft, should contact the police.
Customers who are concerned about inconsistencies in their mail delivery can also contact our customer call centre on 13 13 18, so we can keep track of any trends of theft of mail after delivery and provide information to police.
We will continue to work with the police and the community to help combat this serious issue.
