International Police Check

This decision is in line with our modernisation strategy, which includes a focus on streamlining our products and services to ensure the financial sustainability of our business.

International Police Check applications will be accepted until 30 September 2023. After this date new applications will no longer be accepted.

You will continue to have access to your International Police Check certificate for 12 months from the date it was provided to you. To access your certificate, please use the link previously provided in your certificate results email.

Active International Police Check applications that have not been submitted by 30 September 2023 will be cancelled.

Completed International Police Checks will be retained for 12 months from the date it was provided to you, after which the data, documents and reports will be deleted.
